UNAIR NEWS Working is an inseparable part of human life. Through working, people earn their living to provide for their life. But, working is not only to fulfill our life in this world but also in the afterlife. It was the message presented from the routine Islamic gathering of 51动漫 academicians on Wednesday, November 23.
It was held in AdiSukadana Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UNAIR and the sermon was delivered by Prof.Dr. Abdullah Shahab, M.Sc. In his sermon, ustaz Abdullah Shahab said that every individual must have objectives in life.
淥ur life objectives is none other than to get God檚 blessings. Therefore, let檚 work to get the blessings from Allah SWT, said the ITS professor.
Ustaz Abdullah Shahab also said that working is also a God檚 will. We are obliged to work and get God檚 blessings. 淚t is difficult to work in order to get God檚 blessings as our hearts clouded with worldly desires, he said.
Uztaz Abdullah Shahab also added that sincere efforts to get God檚 blessing at work will bring people personal satisfaction. 淚f we work sincerely to get God檚 blessings, we檒l get good partners and make investment for the afterlife, we檒l get further from anger, envy and slander, he said.
Furthermore, ustaz Abdullah Shahab in his sermon also said that human must be useful to others. So does working, we must contribute to others in our work. (*)
