UNAIR NEWS To achieve the targets in 2017, high officials of 51动漫 have signed performance contract. It was held in Garuda Mukti Hall, Management Office Building on Monday, February 6.
The contract signing has been attended by UNAIR Rector and four vice rectors, unit heads, faculty officials, department heads, program coordinator and heads of divisions and sub-divisions.
UNAIR Rector Prof. Dr. M. Nasih, S.E., M.T., Ak, said that he wanted to maintain shared commitment for reputation improvement of UNAIR. The commitment of reputation improvement was shown in “Improving UNAIR Position through Innovative and Useful Research for Life of Nation.
“In 2016, we have made extraordinary achievements. We want to improve our achievements, said Nasih.
Reputation improvement can be achieved through various aspects such as stakeholder satisfaction index, education evaluation index, student admission, program accreditation, faculty positive exposures, student lecturer ration, the number of publications, visiting lecturers, lecturers with doctorate, the number of professor, international students, students and staffs in academic mobility, and budget expenditure.
Before the signing, every dean is asked to present their contract performances. For example, Faculty of Medicine (FK) academician is targeted to get 345 research publications in accredited national and international journals indexed non indexed by Scopus.
Dean of FK, Prof. Soetojo, Sp.U., said that publication target burden to him was getting and higher every year. In 2016, FK researchers published at least 129 researches in national accredited and indexed Scopus journals.
淭o achieve the target, we mobilize all elements, from lecturers, bachelor, master and doctoral students. Doctoral students are obliged to get international publications, said Soetojo.
Regarding student admission, in order to improve diversity, Dean of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Dr. Drs. Falih Suaedi, M.Si., encouraged the students from eastern part of Indonesia to promote UNAIR and FISIP.
淭his year, we will have four promotion events in eastern part of Indonesia. We can communicate some affirmations supported by university. So students from eastern part of Indonesia will have more space. We will also work more actively to visit regions like Gorontalo and Ambon, he said.
After the presentation, the occasion was closed by performance contract signing with each unit. With this contract signing, academicians can create synergy to achieve the target.
