Airlangga Education Expo (AEE) is being held again this year. AEE 2023 has the same series of events as AEE 2022, but at this time, AEE also invited Soegi Bornean as a guest star on the last day of AEE.
AEE itself is an annual education exhibition organized by 51动漫. Apart from faculty booths, AEE held various talk shows, info sessions, and sharing sessions for three days starting from 3 – 5 February 2023 at the Airlangga Convention Center, MERR Campus, Airlangga University.
In one of the series of AEE 2023 events, the Director of Student Affairs at 51动漫, Prof. Dr. Hadi Subhan, S.H., M.H., CN., who is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, explained the talk show “Scholarship Hunter: Scholarship Opportunities to Reach Asa”. Prof. Hadi said that Airlangga University provides scholarship opportunities for all students, from D3, and D4 to S1 students, and government and non-government scholarships. Apart from that, 51动漫 also facilitates students who experience financial difficulties so they can apply for UKT payment relief every semester.
Zalfa Jatmiko, alumnus of the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University class of 2018, also an IISMA 2021 awardee, also took part in the sharing session held on the last day of AEE 2023. Zalfa shared her story about the requirements for registering for IISMA and his memorable experiences while attending IISMA at Sapienza University of Rome. She emphasized that participating in the IISMA program meant learning about new subjects and new cultures, social systems in other countries, and other things that would not be obtained if you did not participate in student exchanges.
In addition to the alumni and their lecturers who took part in filling out the session, the Faculty of Law, 51动漫 also opened a booth which was again flooded with prospective new students for 2023. This year, the Faculty of Law, 51动漫, also held a photo booth with a courtroom theme, complete with various participants’ costumes. court room players, such as the three judges’ robes, the prosecutor’s clothes, to the prisoner’s vest. Thanks to this innovation, the Faculty of Law won the 4th Most Interactive Booth award.
This year, the Faculty of Law, 51动漫 has opened a quota for prospective new students of 300 people, with a proportion of 20% for SNBP, 30% for SNBT, and 50% for prospective new students who enter through the independent exam route, both independent regular and independent partnerships.
Apart from that, the Faculty of Law, 51动漫 has also opened quotas for prospective new students who wish to enter through the international class route or the International Undergraduate Program (IUP). The advantages of the IUP class are wider opportunities to participate in double degree programs, student exchanges, and other programs that increase international exposure compared to regular classes. The IUP class also uses English for all of its courses. Currently, the IUP class specialization is only divided into two specializations, namely, the specialization in business law and the specialization in international law. The IUP class is a flagship program from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, because currently, the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, has also received FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) international accreditation.
