UNAIR NEWS Rahamadika Sefira deserves to be proud of herself. The women who adressed as Fevi, becomes the best graduate of Notary Master Program Faculty of Law, 51动漫 (UNAIR). In her previous study (undergraduate program), she earned perfect GPA 4,00, in her master program she earns 3,72 GPA.
In her thesis entitled “The Validity of the Guaranteed Assurance Agreement on the Object of Collective Property without husband/wife approval of alumni of Sam Ratulangi University of Manado”, Fevi discusses the fulfillment of the needs or improvement of the business related to the funds required by the people from installment loan in the banking system which are sometimes followed by the agreement guarantee.
“I raised the theme because when we see the reality fact in community, This seems simple matter, but it contains risks and consequences in the future if not adjusted to existing regulations. there are maybe some omissions of the parties. Therefore, I discuss the legal consequences as well as some examples of the case, “she explained.
During her study, she stay focus to get the best result. She also spent her holiday time to got in internship and became assistant in a office.
淭o get in UNAIR was not simple thing, because since I was child, I studied in outside java island. So, it had to be competitive, so I had failed. But, finally, I could get in UNAIR so I had to prove that I could finish my study well, Fevi said
After this master program, she wants to try to realize her dream as a notary public. While waiting for right timing, Fevi still spend time with an apprenticeship.
“Although there were many obstacles and it took hard work, I believe that good things will come to those who will try. Keep updating the knowldge, because knowledge can be obtained from anywhere, “said Fevi
