UNAIR NEWS– For students, writing skills are skills that must be mastered.In fact, a lot of them have not been able to write well.Beside the personal factors such as laziness or lack of interest in the field of writing, the habitalso affects it.
Responding to the phenomenon, the program of Indonesian Literature Faculty of Humanities (FIB) 51动漫 (UNAIR) through the course of Indonesian Journalism (BIJ), held a guest lecture on Wednesday, November 22 in Siti Parwati Room.The speaker was Agus Muttaqin, one of the editors inJawa Pos, and Frido Sri Adawina, one of the language editors inJawa Pos.
In that occasion, Agus presented on how to write opinion in mass media, especiallyJawa Pos.He gave various tips, characters, and types of opinions that are usually published in the newspaper.
According to Agus, most problems faced by beginners are the absence of ideas or ideas.In fact, after having an idea, they are often confused how to write it down.
“Indeed, writing requires a process.One of them is by regularly read, ” he said.
To write is like to tell a story.However, there are different characters.In essence, to write well, continued Agus, the writing must be coherent, structured, and scientific, especially for academic community.
