UNAIR NEWS The result of 2017 State University National Admission Selection (SNMPTN) has been announced. 51动漫 has admitted 1,865 future students through SNMPTN. It was announced that there were 29,546 students applying to UNAIR.
It was stated by Vice Rector I, UNAIR Prof. Djoko Santoso, Ph.D., dr., Sp.PD., K-GH (FINASIM), in his office on Wednesday, April 26.

The competition to be accepted in UNAIR was fierce. The average competition rate of the program was 1:20. It means that one seat in UNAIR is for 20 applicants.
Djoko said that students from SNMPTN were dominated by applicants from Java Island. From 1,865 applicants accepted, 1,644 people are from Java and the rest are from outside Java. East Java applicants dominating with 1,515 while from other provinces are 349 applicants.
Even East Java applicants dominating, they are from 35 provinces in Indonesia. It means that UNAIR students are from all provinces in Indonesia.
Another interesting thing from this year檚 SNMPTN admission was the comparison of female and male of the applicants. 淚nterestingly, there were 317 males and the females reached 1,548 applicants. There are more smart girls, said the UNAIR Faculty of Medicine professor.
Medicine program and Management program were favorites. There were 1,775 people applied the Medicine undergraduate program, and 2,219 chose Management program.
淚n fact, the quota of both programs were only 89 seats (Medicine) and 101 seats (Management), said Vice Rector I UNAIR.
Djoko encouraged the applicants to finalize their registration. Document verification period is held on May 16, 2017 at the same time with 2017 SBMPTN written test. The registration can be done online. All information regarding student admission will be updated on .
For the applicants fail in SNMPTN, Djoko encouraged them to try again in State University Joint Entrance Test (SBMPTN) and Independent Admission. 淔or the other applicants not accepted, try again in State University Joint Entrance Test (SBMPTN) whose registration is open now. UNAIR independent admission also uses the result of SBMPTN for the selection, said Djoko.
