UNAIR NEWS– Mental Nursing master program of Faculty of Nursing (FKp) 51动漫 held another community service on Tuesday, December 20. This second community service was in a form of seminar to share knowledge with Psychiatric Hospital (RSJ) Menur, Surabaya. The community service before was held in RS PHC Surabaya on November 24.
The seminar was opened by RSJ Menur Head of Nursing Division, Adi Suwito, S.Kep., Ners., S.Psi., and attended by Head of Nursing Master program FKp UNAIR Dr. Tintin Sukartini, SKp., M.Kes. In 淩oles of Mental Nursing for Elderly檚 Prosperous Life seminar, there were three speakers from master students Rustafariningsih, S.Kep., Ners, Henry Wiyono, S.Kep., Ners., and Sri Widyowati, S.Kep., Ners.
Head of Nursing Master program FKp UNAIR Dr. Tintin Sukartini, SKp., M.Kes in her address expressed her appreciation on the activity held by the master students as there were two big events successfully managed. In RS PHC, they trained the nurses to psychosocial nursing care for chronic disease patients.
淭his is extraordinary, the enthusiastic students were only 19 people, but in this one semester there were two big events held, said Dr. Tintin, a lecturer of Surgery Nursing FKp UNAIR.
As the Head of Master Program, Dr. Tintin hoped that these activities were managed not only because of their obligations as students implementing University Tri Dharma, but after they are graduated later they should serve the community.
The Head of Nursing Division of RSJ Menur, Adi Suwito, in his speech expressed his gratitude for the seminar as his nurses can gain knowledge from it. He said that it was valuable as the nurses do not learn anymore, they just work.
淭he nurses get more knowledge if there is a seminar or if they attend a seminar like this, therefore I檇 like to express my gratitude to students who contribute in sharing knowledge, skill and update the latest insight for their work here, said Adi Suwito. (*)
